My domain is embodiment, spirituality, and sexuality. I've spent decades cultivating a broad skill set that meets people where they're at — helping them resolve pain, shed limitation, build their dreams, and step into the life they really want.

I spent years as a full-time yoga teacher and massage therapist. When I integrated shadow and parts work into my own life, I knew I had to blend all three to give my greatest gifts.
